I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 31 years and I have been with Val Brown's office since 1999. In the beginning Val Brown and her staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Over the years the service they offer and their customer service has been progressively worse. I would NOT recommend them at all. We will be moving all our insurance elsewhere. At this point we have taken all 5 of our auto insurance policies to another provider (Progressive) and we will be moving our home owners insurance as well. I am looking to terminate all business with this company because of the poor customer service and poor claims handling by this office. We have very seldom had claims in all these years. I rate this office an F- in people and customer care!
